"Without a doubt worst by far in my life with only bill involved. Very thankful it wasn't a claim. I can't imagine how much worse it would be dealing with a claim. Thank God for recorded phone calls and honest underwriters. Negative 5 stars if possible. Told several times I'm confused and must have misunderstood. Policy was uncanceled and renewed despite my agent not understanding and his confusion but txted me 5 star reviews appreciated. Glad I waited to see how I'm treated before I wrote a review.At least after my experience I was not the 1 who was confused or misunderstanding what I was told. No one can make changes after normal business hrs through the 1800 number despite what the commercials say. Hope new customers take this very serious and current customers. Forced to put 1 star to post."
